The Conference Vetting System operates independently from MedTech Europe, via a compliance team composed of two Compliance Officers and three Compliance Panel members, to ensure objectivity and independence in conference assessments.

The Compliance Officers operate under the supervision of the MedTech Europe Compliance Panel, commonly referred to as the Compliance Panel, an independent body composed of three members, former professionals, whose role is to ensure the impartiality, competence, and integrity of the decision-making process and prevent conflicts of interest.
